As per a report from RMC Sport, Ismaël Bennacer (27) is anticipated to arrive in Marseille on Tuesday in preparation for his loan transfer from AC Milan to Olympique de Marseille.
The French publication details that Bennacer will join on a loan that costs €1 million initially, with the possibility of a permanent transfer for an additional €12 million plus €3 million in performance-related bonuses.
Opportunities for Ismaël Bennacer have emerged following Warren Bondo’s signing with Milan.
Bennacer has been sidelined for much of the season due to a calf injury sustained at the beginning of the campaign. Consequently, he has participated in only eight matches across all competitions, playing just six in Serie A. Marseille rekindled their interest late in the transfer window, and Bennacer was once more enthusiastic about the prospect of moving to the Vélodrome.
