
EKITI STATE, Nigeria – The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) has partnered with Senator Michael Opeyemi Bamidele to provide business support and equipment to over 2,600 entrepreneurs in Ekiti State, in a move aimed at boosting grassroots economic growth.
On April 4th, entrepreneurs across various sectors, including fashion, beauty, agribusiness, transportation, and technical services, received essential industrial tools, vehicles, and generators. This initiative aligns with SMEDAN’s Workforce Support pillar under the GROW Nigerian initiative, which aims to increase productivity, expand small business operations, and create local employment opportunities.

SMEDAN officials emphasized the effectiveness of such partnerships, highlighting Senator Bamidele’s commitment to the economic advancement of his constituents.
