Kerr, who has Indian heritage, referred to officer Stephen Lovell as “stupid and white” after police intervened during a drunken dispute with the cab driver in the early hours of January 30, 2023.
The 31-year-old, recognized as one of the leading female strikers globally and currently playing for Chelsea in the Women’s Super League (WSL), acknowledged making the statement but contested the charge of racially aggravated harassment.
