Moldova is encountering overt efforts from Russia to undermine its stability, as it shares a border with Ukraine and aspires to join the European Union by 2030, stated French President Emmanuel Macron on Monday.
During a press conference with Moldovan President Maia Sandu, he remarked, “Moldova’s airspace is frequently breached by Russian drones and missiles, and the country is also facing increasingly brazen attempts from Russia to destabilize its democratic institutions.”
