The Niger Delta Revolutionary Crusaders (NDRC), a prominent group in Nigeria’s oil-rich Niger Delta region, has lauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration for what it describes as significant progress in fostering peace, empowerment, and development in the area.
The NDRC specifically highlighted the appointment of Dr. Dennis Otuaro as Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) as a strategic move that is yielding positive results. The PAP was established to reintegrate former militants into society through education, vocational training, and economic opportunities.
Otuaro’s Leadership Hailed as “Masterstroke”
The NDRC praised Otuaro as a development-focused leader with strong ties to the grassroots, stating that his leadership is consolidating peace, empowering ex-agitators, and securing the region’s stability.
